Released in a paper card sleeve.There are two variants to this sleeve. One is a six-panel barrel fold, the other is a 4-panel gate-fold with a single card for the notes and credits.
Recorded at Koko's London, July 23rd, 2006. Mixed at Avalanche Studios, UK, 2007. Mastered at New Alliance, Boston, 2008.
