Recorded in Iskra's rehearsal room in Stockholm on February 19-23 and April 2, except "Tarmstadt" and "Blodstörtning" which were recorded live at Jazzclub Fasching on July 1 (as part of the "Ett minne för livet" series of concerts jointly held by the bands Iskra, Vargavinter and Spjärnsvallet in Stockholm during the summer of 1975).
