The title of the release is "Demo" on the cover, but "Itansha 2012 Demo EP" is stamped in red ink inside the cover and on the dust sleeve.

This release included a double-sided insert. One side is in Japanese. The other side translates the song names and lyrics into English. The track titles in English are as follows.
A1 - Criminal
A2 - Isolation
A3 - Lies
A4 - Masochist
A5 - Footsteps To Death
B1 -Worship

There is no mention of track B2 anywhere on the release. The song name "Death" is obtained from a previous version of this release with the same song on it.
