Issued in a slim jewel case with a bi-fold front insert.

There are instances of audio issues (sounding like a scratched CD with clipping & dropped out audio) in some tracks; the master was evidently corrupted. Track 15 & 16 particularly have many instances of CD skipping like audio issues. This is present in every copy no matter what the condition.

The song "This Shit Is Funny Feat. Slim Thug" was supposed to be Track 10 per the insert, but was shifted to Track 19 on the disc. Thus, the segue out from Track 9 goes perfectly into "This Shit Is Funny" and it segues out to "Gutta Feat 40 Cal" correctly; conversely, Track 19 & 21 on the disc segue perfectly together, but since "This Shit Is Funny" was shifted to the middle of these tracks, it breaks the segue between them. Additionally, Track 4 & Track 5 are in incorrect order on the disc; they segue correctly when you swap them around.
