Three musical recordings of the work exist.
(the 1979 premiere version, a re-recording and additional recording for a revised edition in 1982, and a re-edited mix in 1983)
A cassette tape of the music was sold at the venue at the time of the 1983 concert, but it is unknown how much of this tape was distributed since the tour was interrupted with the death of Shuji Terayama.
The "Mother A and B for Cassette" used in this cassette production were edited directly dubbed from the masters of both the premiere and revised versions onto open-reel tape.
(It was independently produced and released on CD by Banyu Inryoku in 2000)
This CD contains the complete recording of the 1983 cassette mother, with additional tracks selected from the masters of both the first performance and the revised version.
