This version has a front cover that shows a graphic of the artist with a blue background.

There is another version with front cover that shows an image of a woman holding a hotel sheet with a red background.

There is also a subsequent pressing with the same front cover as this version, but with different runout groove etchings, particularly on side B, which lacks the crossed out "M̶D̶-̶1̶1̶2̶-̶B̶" sequence.
