Manuel Santo is indeed a fake name for Jack Costanzo and all material comes from Jack Costanzo And His Orchestra - Mr. Bongo Plays In Hi-Fi Cha Cha Cha issued on Tops Records.
Same songs titles except 'El Vera Cruz' which is 'Jarochito' on the Tops record (check audio here and on King Of The Bongos page at 3:15).

Likely released early 60s due to cat# (# 51 to 57 have a 1959 legal deposit at BNF) and release date of the Tops Record (1957).
