The booklet has two covers: a coloured one with "Jacques Demierre, Bleu, Désir d'azur: musique de danse, Je deviendrai Médée" printed on it and a grey one on a separate paper card, apparently added when the CD got reissued (?), with only the composer's name printed on it. The CD has (C) & (P) 1991 while the inlay tray card says (C) & (P) 1997. Similarly, the CD gives CTS-P 38-2 as the catalog number, while the inlay card says CTS-M 38.
