Three-panel slipcase with 8-page lyrics booklet. Looks like it has an obi strip, but it's printed on the cover.
There's nothing indicating the year of release, but the matrix indicates it must be 2011 or later.
Neither disc has a mastering SID code, and only the second has a mould SID code.

Timing of track 1-2 is given as 3:35, but is actually 4:08; track 2-5 given as 3:20, but actually 3:54; track 2-9 given as 3:20, but actually 3:33.
