Test-pressing with Columbia Record Productions, Santa Maria labels, with cue sheet. Many copies used for advance promotion were distributed with samples of the regular commercial jacket (without promo notches or other markings).The American release has a different track order than the UK release and uses a red instead of a blue logo on the sleeve. It was released nearly two months before the rest of the world to tie in with the band's only US tour.
