For reasons lost to the mists of time, a rare miss-pressing took place when we cut the very first ALIM 7″ release.

The fiery Elzhi acapella of J Dilla’s iconic track ‘Come Get It’ was accidentally committed to wax instead of the full version as intended.

We quickly corrected the issue and re-pressed the ’45 with the correct version, but a few copies of this anomalous pressing remain.

We’re offering the remaining copies up for Bandcamp Friday at only £5 a pop, with Mr Thing’s incredible edit of ‘Rico Sauve Bossa Nova’ on the A-side in all its glory. Don’t miss the chance to bag yourself an exclusive J Dilla acapella on 7″ vinyl, and a nice little story to boot.
