Letterpress-printed die-cut Discfolio machine-numbered 0001-1500. Includes letterpress-printed Tyvek inner sleeve and folding insert printed by offset lithography. Additional unnumbered and imprinted copies made for promotion. A small quantity of radio station promotional copies were made that were packaged in plastic jewel cases with two-color photocopied inserts.

Folding insert includes lyrics, credits, and release information.
