Issued in a die-cut black sleeve with a track list sheet printed on heavy stock, also featuring the Missing Fink stamp.According to the label, there were 15 copies made. Ten copies were signed and numbered (out of 10) for mail order, the remaining five were NOT numbered, and were given to the band to approve before the pressing went forward.
