"Secret Records are hand-made sculptural resin castings, using found vinyl LP records as a source mould. Most of these discs contain found objects embedded within the resin. Each Secret Record is unique in appearance and source mould. There were approximately 250 of these created between 1995-1998. They directly capture the grooves of the source record, giving these objects inverted grooves. This disc focuses solely on recordings of Secret Record 160, in which is embedded rejected tape containing sound of a mysterious origin."
