Feline Resurrection would be Jessica Sutta's (aka J Sutta) first studio album, scheduled for release in 2015, however the material was discarded and the artist began to dedicate herself to a new project, the album I Say Yes (2017). As a gift for fans, Sutta decided to make available some tracks that would go on the discarded project or that would not be on the new album. 12 individual tracks were released for free download on her website, between April 8 and June 9, 2016.
