Labels are black with opposing arrows & stars "Trip" logo and silver print.

There are several different sleeve configurations for this release.
This variation has a "Queens Pac" gatefold (same as UniPak design) with JH looking to the right on the front.

There are two large photos in the center of gatefold and track listings are at the bottom of the left side.

Side B has songs 2 and 3 (Bring My Baby Back and Suspicious) listed in reverse order on sleeve and label, second song is actually Suspicious, third song is Bring My Baby Back.

Probably the original issue for this release, the pressing status of this version is currently unknown.
