I picked this up in Homer, AK at one of their shows at a hotel in 1992. It was sealed with a Made in Alaska sticker and same logo is on J-card spine and MM 005 which is also on the cassette label. J-card is white with black lettering and a picture of a couple on front with Alaska as a backdrop. Back of J-card lists the songs along with the following: Art Director: Catherine Doss / Photography: Jim Lavrakas / Parkas by "Posh House". Special Thanks to "Beep & Bretski". White label on clear cassette, only has artist, title, side 1, side 2, MM 005, and the (c) and (p) information and address.
My copy also has a business card inside and front of J-card is autographed.
Songs listed on back of J-card are listed in a random order. I listened to it for the order and found a song not listed on J-card.
