According to the cover, the recording dates are as follows:
Tracks A1 - C4 Live in New York - August 21, 1980.
Tracks C5 - D4 Live in Washington - October 5, 1980.
These are obviously wrong (see http://www.jj-archive.net/concerts/conc_index.html).

The source of these recordings are two shows from 1979, that were aired on radio: 1979-08-31 Calderone Concert Hall, Hempstead, NY & 1979-04-26 The Bayou, Washington.

There is s short interview statement of Joe Jackson after track D1.
