This is one of the three JohNick's "J-50x" vinyls (the other two were released with J 501 and J507 as catalog numbers). Into the run-out grooves, "J 506-1-A" and "J 506-1 B" messages are etched.

Side A mixes are two different JohNick mixes of "(You Drive Me) Crazy" by Britney Spears. In 1999, a "JohNick Dub" version was oficially released on Jive.
Side B mix is a JohNick rework of "Heaven" by Bebe & Cece Winams.
