Hans Jenny (1904-1972) war Begründer der «Kymatik», der Lehre von Wellen und Schwingungen mit ihrer Struktur und Dynamik. Es war ihm nach langem Forschen gelungen, Tonschwingungen aus der Gehörswelt in den Bereich des Sichtbaren zu verlagern und zwar so, dass sich die harmonikalen Schwingungen in ihrer Struktur und
Dynamik unserem Auge in einer Weise zeigen, dass man unschlüssig wird, ob man die strenge Gesetzmässigkeit der schwingenden
Strukturen oder thre Oberwaltigende Schönheit mehr bewindero soll

Hans Jenny (1904-1972) was the founder of 'Kymatics', the science of
waves and vibrations with their structure and dynamics. After lengthy research he managed to transfer sound vibrations from the auditory world into the visible, and in such a way that the harmonical vibrations show themselves in their structure and dynamics to our eyes in an manner that makes us unsure whether we should admire their strict regularity of their overwhelming beauty more.
