Both tracks were previously released separately.

Some copies were released in a RCA-branded Gold Standard Series company sleeve comprised of a blue background with gold and white graphics and text.

This version can be identified by the arrangement of the text on its labels. For example, on this version the production credits appear on the first line in the text block to the left of the center hole. However, there is another version where the first line shows the arrangement credits.
