The catalogue number is stated as BEN552 by the label, but this does not appear anywhere on the packaging. Some copies of this release had a production fault that affected sound quality (this release). Digital pops and artifacting appear throughout the release. Other copies did not. The tracks were also on this disc in the wrong order, when compared to the actual tracklisting. A replacement CD was sent out to those people with an affected copy, which had the correct track order, and was meant to simply take the place of the faulty disc.

Packaged in a plain, black digipak cover with sticker on front panel and card inlay.
