Announced as a "dividend" LP (available immediately) in the March 1962 World Record News, offered at a low price (15 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months. However, it did not appear on the order lists until September that year. Not issued in stereo.

Flipback sleeve, with the flipbacks flush at left and slightly angled on the right. Issued again as a 'dividend' LP in July 1964 (the 1964 issue may have different addresses on the back, and almost certainly will feature curved flipbacks).
