Inside cover states Pastor John Rydgren wrote all the narratives except for three. There are no clear credits inside the cover as to who wrote what. Tracks A4 and B1 were said to be written by "a kind of hippie DJ" at Rydren's request in the notes, but no clear credit is given. C4 is a montage with no narrative.
The catalog number is taken from the matrix numbers. It is also printed on each side with the corresponding side letter after it, like the matrix/runout, but with no dash or space between the last number and the letter.
