These songs were recorded specifically for SESAC to get more airplay for their catalogue on radio stations. The songs here were not available to the public on any release and this was exclusive for broadcasters. In 1965, after Horton died, Columbia gathered these generally unavailable tracks, included two more songs (non SESAC) to 'complete' the LP and released it to the public as : Johnny Horton - I Can't Forget You
