The last track (B5) is hidden and indicated here as "Untitled." It is tracked separately, but it segues out of the last notes of "Disconnected" (B4) with no interruption or silence and matches it thematically, so I think it should be considered a "Disconnected" coda rather than an unrelated song. The only lyrics are a repeated "I'm so sorry" and "I'm sorry."

Runouts are etched, except for the long ID numbers which are stamped.
