This release is the UNOFFICIAL version of the album as the 3 different tracks from the official release; Dear God, Don't Tell Anyone and Hey We're Gonna Be Alright were only released on the Album Advance and DualDisc version.

Before official release the record company decided to replace the three songs (mentioned above) with two covers; Year 3000 and What I Go To School For as well as the Jonas' own song Please Be Mine, hence why Nick's voice is lower in these three songs. *Please note: Unofficial/bootleg CD copies of It's About Time do not have any FBI/Anti-Piracy Warning and often have low grade photo resolution such as the colour of the album cover being bright red and the boys' being a blue hue instead of being dark red and black.
