Composed between January and March 1973 in Gent (Belgium) on the aftermath of the murder of Amílcar Cabral.
Premiered at the 3rd International Festival of Electronic and mixed media music in Gent, 1974.

Some copies have incorect labels with "Face-A 2.ª Versão 19'20'' (A side)" and "Face-B 1.ª Versão 21'12'' (B side)".
Some copies have this corrected with a sticker on the A side: "1.ª Versão 21'12''" and a correct label on the B side: "Face-B "2.ª Versão 19'20''".
