Released during the transition from the "S/" numbering to the "R-", it has both numbers on the back of the spine, as "R 01999 (S/6572-3-4)", with the labels using the outgoing system, viz. "S-6572", "S-6573" and "S/6574" - the last new LPs to feature the old sequence on the labels. Orange violin on cover, white lining to the box.
