This cardboard boxset combines the two Joy Division CDs previously released on their own on New Millennium Communications. The CDs and their packaging are identical to their individual releases. The slipcase is numbered and limited to 1000 copies.

At the time of manufacture, the printer of the slipcases created 120 extra copies, and these were made available for purchase through the "Joy Division Central" web-site, as the CDs were available separately, and this enabled individuals who already owned the CDs to own the full box set. These were unnumbered, but "Joy Division Central" suggest this makes them rarer: only 120 exist, vs the 1000 numbered boxes.

CD 1 is called Les Bains Douches 18 December 1979
Tracks 1-9 recorded live in Paris, 18 December 1979.
Tracks 10-12 recorded live in Amsterdam, 11 January 1980.
Tracks 13-16 recorded live in Eindhoven, 18 January 1980.

CD 2 is called Preston 28 February 1980
Tracks 1-12 recorded live at the Warehouse, Preston 28 February 1980.
