UK release with EG in the runout groove. 45 RPM on the label (unlike the later US 33 RPM version)

100 copies were pressed on blue vinyl, 500 on black vinyl, and some copies were also pressed on other colours.

The sleeve of this release is near identical to the 1978 release. It was printed on a 14" x 14" piece of thin cardstock and then folded into four squares, and has a matt finish (not gloss like the later US pressing).
