Part of the Hawkeye bootleg project and allocated cat# HAWK 001.
The sleeve was inspired by the original 12" release. Grey paper sleeve was folded in 2, and comes in a plastic sleeve.
Some copies included red or blue labels to be put on the actual fake red labels.

Exists also on white label.
