On the back cover:
"LIMITED EDITION" is printed over the white numbering box on the back cover in white ink so only the part that is accidentally printed outside the box is readable (as "ION").
"/250" is printed partially in and partially out of the numbering box.
Track B1 "Babylon in Ruin" appears as "Babylon in Ruins"
Track B3 "In Den Qualen Der Hölle" appears as "In Den Qualen Der Holle" (missing the umlaut)
In the liner notes inside the gatefold:
