Test pressing limited to 15 copies on thick black vinyl.

Some copies feature printed center-label stickers (see photos), other copies just have black marker on the white labels stating the band name, album title, 'test pressing' and catalog number.

There are three varieties of DIY-designed jackets for these test pressings, put together by the staff of Ascension Monuments Media. Two are a variation on the same design - one features a red Judas Iscariot logo and "Of Great Eternity" title text beneath the photo of Akhenaten on the cover, and another features a grey Judas Iscariot logo and "Of Great Eternity" title text beneath the photo of Akhenaten on the cover. Essentially - one is color, one is gray scale. Both of these designs were printed onto 8.5x11" sticker paper and affixed (centered) to the front of plain white 12" LP jackets.
Both feature the same back cover design, showing the album artwork used on the AMM LP version (and all existing CD editions since 1997) on the back with a space for hand-numbering out of 15 units, the labels info and release info. (see photos)

A third design features the album art work cut out from an 11x17" poster (see photos - this poster is included in all test pressings that were given away / sold / in anyones possession today) to a square shape and (again) affixed to the front of a blank 12" LP jacket (centered). The back side features a small rectangular piece of the J-card from the AMM cassette version featuring the cassette cover artwork / photo of Akhenaten under a Judas Iscariot logo with the album title beneath it on the left center portion of the backside of the jacket, and another piece of the cassette versions Jcard with the track listing to the right of it. There is a printed-and-glued small Ascension Monuments Media logo in the bottom left corner of the plain white jacket, and then a hand-written portion on the right stating that this is a test pressing, limited to 15 copies with a space where each (of these) copy is hand-numbered.

All copies come in a black, poly-lined disco sleeve, most of which have a Judas Iscariot "Intolerant Black Metal" sticker centered at the top of one side of the disco sleeve. An additional loose / unused sticker was included in most copies of this test pressing given away or sold to private collectors. Each copy also included an 11x17" folded full color poster of the album artwork. Most copies also included a 4"x4" full color, digitally printed patch featuring the album artwork with red embroidered edges.

This is the only black vinyl version of the Ascension Monuments Media version of the "Of Great Eternity" LP, and a few have claimed that it sounds far superior to the final translucent red vinyl that was pressed for the official released version.
