This DVD was the first Judas Priest product to be released upon Rob Halford's return to the group in 2003, who provides a page-long contribution largely regarding the content of the DVD and general bits about the band's history. Aside from the content listed below, the DVD contains a discography of all their releases up until that point along with the tracklistings.

The exact date of the show "Priest...Live!" was at Reunion Arena, Dallas, Texas June 27, 1986.
Some clips were taken from the San Antonio Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas June 23, 1986.
