Tracks 1-12, 1-13: finished outtakes from Judee Sill. Removed from the album to make room for the late inclusion of "Jesus Was A Cross Maker" and subsequently re-recorded for "Heart Food".
Tracks 1-14, 1-15: outtakes from the Judee Sill sessions (previously unissued)
Tracks 1-16 to 1-22: recorded live at Boston Music Hall, MA (10/03/71). Mixed at O.F.R., North Hollywood, CA (2003)
CD 2:
Tracks 2-1 to 2-10: from Heart Food Asylum #SD 5063 (1973)
Track 2-11: from the Heart Food sessions
Tracks 2-12 to 2-19: solo demos for Heart Food. Recorded at Crystal-Sound Recording Studio, Hollywood, CA.
Track 2-20: previously unissued
