There's no reason to say this EP is a French record: no "Fabriqué en France" anywhere on the sleeve or on labels; the catalogue number don't match the French records made by Polydor at the time of its release; the sleeve has no flaps and there's no printer's information as usual in French sleeves. Labels have copyright text in German and "Made in Germany by Grammophon Records". However, this EP is extremely rare and very hard to see: something unusual for a record made in France or in Germany including a hit ("There Wheel's On Fire") by a well-known band at the moment (Julie Driscoll, Brian Auger And The Trinity) and released by a major label (Polydor). I think the vinyl was made in Germany for sale somewhere in South East Asia where the sleeve was printed.
