Part One of the eight LP "Brahms - The Complete Piano Works" set. Recorded 13 - 14 June 1962 at Decca Studios (West Hampstead Studio 3). Sub tracks are not banded on vinyl: Side F has four movements, but only three bands.

Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from master stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "S/4708-9-10-11" on spine, "S-4708", "S-4709", "S-4710" & "S-4711" at right on green 'strobe' labels. Brown cover to box, which has a gold lining. Box includes 12" x 12" 4-page insert with notes. Issued several times by WRC, only the first pressing is on 'strobe' labels.
