Gatefold cover release with a barcode. Some copies may have "CSP" stickers over all or part of the barcode, possibly indicating that this was a Columbia Special Products reissue that retained the original Kirshner labeling.

Issued with plain white inner sleeves and therefore this release contains only the credits found on the labels.

The B and D sides show evidence of reused metal plating from Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Carrollton, GA and do not have Sterling mastering stamps, however all sides have either the stamped (p) or etched (P) Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman indicator at the beginning of the runout string.
