In heavy card gatefold replica sleeve with obi within resealable bag. A single-sided, four panel, folded replica of the Japanese 1988 CD insert, and a double-sided single sheet insert with tracklisting and 2023 liner notes are included.

Track 2-5 did not appear on the original LP release, hence "+1" on the obi. As seen on the obi, this album is known as 枯葉 (Autumn Leaves) in Japan.
