CD LINER NOTES: Well everything over there on the vinyl liner notes describing the recording stands-- but the CD and digital versions of Roughhousing are actually recordings of the record being played. I decided I liked what the vinyl did to the sound. On the quieter tracks you may even hear a few clicks and pops from the surface noise of the stylus on the disc.

POTATOES: The cover of this CD is hand stamped and potato printed. Each one a work of art! I used poster paint soaked in a sponge-- which was the only way of maintaining some consistency in the amount which went on the potato stamps. It was lovely to do something in which computers were not involved. The design is from the knife in the potato. I'm not a luddite but I am enjoying creating things that cant be "corrected" after n a screen. The artist lets providence into the process and then accepts or rejects its contribution.
