Plus 16 page songbook (with alternative front cover image of Kelli as the 'Chelsea Blue' character from the film), and additional cast-list insert.
No barcode on sleeve. Some copies may feature barcode sticker on shrinkwrap.
The CD edition also notably exchanges the track 'Sadistic' (as previously featured on the PledgeMusic digital edition of 'Ghostdriver' and released as a stand-alone single, 'Sadistic') for the previously unreleased 'Black Cats Ain't Lucky'.
