Blood On The Highway is a double DVD set filmed at the concert held to mark the release of the Uriah Heep member's musical and literary autobiography of the same name. The concert was filmed using a lavish production set-up of five HD cameras and surround sound audio processing (5:1) at the Fabrik, one of Hamburg's largest concert venues, in May of 2007.
Disc One presents live versions of all the tracks featured on Blood On The Highway and highlights from 11 years of Uriah Heep, including a session version of the classic 'Lady In Black' and other hits like 'July Morning'.
Disc Two contains interviews with the musicians, as well as a short film featuring Ken's arrival at Hamburg airport and the drive to the concert hall, have been added as bonus material.
