This album is the follow-up to Ken Lazarus' very successful "Reggae Greatest Hits" LP from 1970.

At the top of the cover, the title reads off as "Reggae Volume 2",
but in the center it prominently displays in big, bold text the words "Ken Lazarus" and "Greatest Hits".

On the label of the U.S. Steady Records pressing, the title reads "Reggae Greatest Hits, Vol. II".

Labels read "Promotion Copy Not For Sale" and front cover has a white sticker with the same words in red.
