1,000 covers and labels were produced in 1976, but only 500 records were pressed and released. In 1985, 500 additional copies were released, using the left over labels and covers.

While it is always mentioned that the 2nd pressings are distinguishable from the 1st pressings by the additions of corrected address labels pasted on the back cover and labels, there are 1st pressing copies with the labels. Labels easily fell off the later pressing copies as well.

Runouts are etched.
'Cp' is a large C with a smaller p inside.
