First pressing of five copies on 70 gram test pressing 7" record. White labels with Side A printed on the first side, blank label on the flip. Custom stamped vellum covers, with canceled postage stamp (either a US or Netherlands postage stamp) on back sleeve, and numbered of five copies total. Pressed in Czech Republic for release in US/Europe. Run out groove had the "secret message" on side B which incorrectly read: "MELNE, DO YOU WANT TO PLAY JAZZ SOMETIMES?" A second batch of test pressings corrected this. The "secret message" on side A reads "I CAN'T SEE ANY PRETTY PICTURES", which was correct in both test pressings.
