The King Dapper Combo is based out of N. Canton, Ohio. Their very first album was "Rockin' Halloween Party" and was at first only released on analog Cassette tape and then eventually on CD-R. They have put out seven albums to date but I do not know if those were distributed by a label or if those too were distributed by other companies (like BRIggs Gift Company) or labels.
