After a five year hiatus peppered with numerous side projects and absence from duty, Smeg, Maggot and Thwack, teamed up with Big Bad Baldy Billy and T Daniel for a return to "normal" service.

The Fabulous success of their return on stage, for an Uber sell out show at the London Astoria, had to be followed with something of equal proportions. So they rented a pub in Deptford. It seemed like the best place to embark upon the recording of this album.

The subsequent release went largely unnoticed. But, the album remains part of the foundations of current set lists, and features tracks, that all the band still love. It's pretty much 30 years now, since it was first released. But, time hasn't dulled the edge of this album. We enjoyed making, and still love playing it. We hope you enjoy listening.
