There were some unnumbered copies and they are no counterfeit, nor unofficial. These are pressings done before the numbering started or right after. Manufactured at the same date by the same pressing plant. They could be promos.However Dressed to Kill was never officially released as a picture disc. So this dressed to kill album was released unofficial.
