Original releases were packaged with an 8.25" x 8.25" glossy multipart sticker featuring the album cover artwork, a printed inner sleeve and a double-sided insert with Kiss Army Paraphernalia order form on one side, and Kiss Questionnaire on the other.

Label variation: Early blue and tan "Casbah" labels with bold typesetting. No 'Filmworks' on logo.

Runout information is hand scribed except for "sᴛᴇʀʟɪɴɢ" which is stamped.
The trailing capitol letter on variants 2 & 3 are also stamped.
